How do I setup my weight based items?

Please watch the below training video.  If the video won't play on your Clover device, please try logging in as ADMIN.  If the video still has trouble, go to appheaven.helpshift.com from a PC or Mac.

• You must use the Clover INVENTORY app (or Clover dashboard) to setup inventory items.
• Be sure to set the inventory item to "Weight Based" and the unit MUST be "oz", "g", "lb" or "kg".  DO NOT USE A "." (period) AFTER THE UNIT
• The Clover INVENTORY app defaults to showing a gray "oz" in the units field but this is ONLY A HINT and the actual word "oz" (or other unit) MUST BE typed for the item to be recognized as a weight based item by the Weigh & Pay PRO app.
• The CAS-SW20 scale can be set to any unit.
